Ignite imagination, play with purpose, and inspire curiosity by celebrating your birthday party at the Glazer Children’s Museum. GCM is currently offering two types of birthday experiences to help make your child’s day special!

Play Party

$12 per guest | Birthday child is free | 15 guest minimum

Invite your party guests to meet at the Museum for a special birthday party playdate! The party host will pay a special reduced admission rate for all guests in their group. The birthday child will receive a special GCM Birthday t-shirt and sticker. Your guests will have unlimited access to Museum exhibits and programs for the entire day. Upon checking in, Guest Services will hold the party host’s ID and any party gifts guests may bring. When your birthday playdate is over, the party host will return to Guest Services to check out and retrieve their ID, party gifts, and birthday t-shirt and sticker. 

This option is available Tuesday through Sunday.

Memberships or additional discounts are not eligible for use with this birthday package.

Play Plus Party

$350 plus tax* | Birthday child is free | Up to 25 Guests | Annual Memberships receive a 15% discount

Want a private space for your party? Invite your guests for a private party and playtime! You can enjoy private room access for one (1) hour followed by unlimited time for your guests to enjoy Museum exhibits and programs for the rest of the day. The birthday party room is pre-decorated in playful colors, but you are welcome to bring additional decorations, as well as desserts, utensils, and drinks, with no additional charge or fee for cleanup. If you would like to bring in outside catered food, an additional clean-up fee of $27.13 (tax included) will be applied. Your birthday child will also receive a special GCM Birthday t-shirt and sticker.

This option is available on Saturdays (11am or 2pm) and on Sundays at 2pm. To decorate the Private Party Space with your own decor, Party Hosts are allowed to arrive at 10am (for morning slot) or at 1pm (for afternoon slot).

Sunshine Sunday Play Plus Parties are available for our guests with sensory sensitivities during the same time as the monthly Sunshine Sunday event, the last Sunday of each month from 10am-1pm.
