Getting Here & Parking
Museum Address

Van-accessible clearance and disabled parking spaces are available in the William F. Poe Garage on Levels 1, 2, and 4. Additional disabled on-street parking throughout downtown Tampa.
The garage uses a ticketless ParkMobile system with onsite pay stations and mobile app payment. Street parking and garages are owned and operated by the City of Tampa. Availability and policies are subject to change.
Drop-off is located on W. Gasparilla Plaza in the roundabout shared with the Tampa Museum of Art.
Our accessible entrance is located on the west side of the building, near the roundabout between the Museum and the Tampa Museum of Art.
Adaptive Tools & Supports
Adaptability tools are available at Guest Services by request. Tools available include weighted vests, fidget toys, noise-canceling headphones, sound amplifiers, and more.
Amplifies nearby sounds while reducing background noise. Can be used with or without hearing aids.
Color-corrective glasses designed to help with red–green color blindness. Kid-sized glasses are available for checkout and are recommended for children ages 8 and up.
Explore the Big John: The World’s Largest Triceratops exhibit with an audio tour that adds depth and context to the experience.
A limited number of wheelchairs and VELA mobility chairs are available by request at Guest Services, at no cost to guests.
Sensory bags are available by request at Guest Services and include tools designed to help reduce sensory overload. All items are cleaned and sterilized between uses.

Museum Facilities
Elevators are centrally located and provide access to Levels 1, 2, and 3.
Restrooms with wheelchair-accessible stalls and changing tables can be found on Levels 1, 2, and 3. Toilets operate with sensors and covers are available at Guest Services for guests sensitive to loud sounds.
A private Infant Feeding Space is available on Level 2, near the Water’s Journey climber.
Our Sensory Room is located on Level 3 in the Learning Center, away from public exhibits. It offers a calm space for guests who need a sensory break. Use is available upon request, just speak with a staff member.
All themed areas and most exhibits throughout the Museum are wheelchair accessible.
Service animals are always welcome at Glazer Children’s Museum in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
