Do you like art? Maybe you have a favorite painting, drawing, or sculpture? Do you also like to dress up at home or in GCM’s Twinkle Star Theatre? This activity combines art with dressing up!
Directions:
1. Think about your favorite work of art. Do you have a painting or sculpture in mind? If not, that’s okay! You have lots of works of art to choose from. Google Arts and Culture is a great free, online resource you can use, with an adult’s permission, to find your next favorite work of art.
2. Once you know what work of art you will recreate, look around your home for different objects and materials to use. Get creative! You might find what you need in a closet or in the kitchen!
3. After you have gathered what you need, it’s time to dress up!
4. Don’t forget to take a picture and with an adult’s permission share your creations with the hashtag #GCMatHome
