Team GCM member, Pam, is reading Eric Carle’s From Head to Toe right from her backyard! Once you’ve got your animal wiggles out, enjoy a craft project of learning to collage just like Eric Carle!
Materials:
- Scrap paper (packing paper, newspaper, old cards, magazines)
- Construction paper
- Blank paper for a background (any color)
- Glue
- Scissors (not necessary)
- Pen, pencil, or crayon
Directions:
- Draw an outline of an animal on your blank paper or use our Printable Bird Outline
- Tear or cut your paper into different sized and shaped pieces
- Use the glue to fill the inside of your animal outline with paper
- Sign your name
- Take a picture and share with us on social media using the hashtag #GCMatHome
