The mission of the Glazer Children’s Museum is to create a learning laboratory where children play, discover, and connect with the world around them to develop as lifelong learners and leaders. GCM is proud to offer field trip scholarship programs to ensure every child has access to the Museum.
Title 1 School Partnership Program
GCM is also proud to offer the Title 1 School Partnership Program, which helps ensure every child has access to brain-building play. The program provides free GCM field trips to thousands of students at Title 1 elementary schools. Funding is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Only 1 trip per school year per school will be considered for this program.
New! Mission Mondays at the Museum
GCM is proud to introduce Mission Mondays at the Museum, a new program that awards free custom second-grade field trips to Renaissance Schools in Hillsborough County. Field trips at GCM provide students with powerful Brain Building Play in over 170 exhibits within 19 themed areas. This program focuses on STEM curriculum (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) and addresses Florida State Standards. The goal of Mission Mondays at the Museum is to help students build their STEM identities by investing early in their path of lifelong learning.
