Development Coordinator | Full Time

The Development Coordinator is responsible for managing the donor database and fundraising records provide primary administrative support to the development team and take primary responsibility for some aspects of the development plan. The development plan includes the annual fund, special events, grants, donor stewardship, and online and direct mail fundraising. The Coordinator is directly responsible for providing support to the entire development department on all fundraising initiatives with an emphasis on meeting the team’s development goals. The Coordinator will be directly responsible for managing a Development Intern and managing day-of event coordination. He/She must demonstrate a proven track record of working with a creative and results-driven fund development team. The successful candidate will have demonstrated skills in event planning, reporting and research, and excellent donor relations. Visitor Services Associate | Part Time

This position is responsible for the successful daily operations of all aspects of the visitor experience at the admissions desk, gift shop and info desk, greeting and orienting guests with a focus on providing a quality, memorable guest experience. The Visitor Services Associate ensures optimum performance of the visitor services experience, friendly admissions process and point of sales system operation. Field Trip Team Member | Part Time
