Development Coordinator

The Development Coordinator is responsible for managing the donor database and fundraising records, provides primary administrative support to the development team and takes primary responsibility for some aspects of the development plan. The development plan includes the annual fund, special events, grants, donor stewardship, and online and direct mail fundraising. The Coordinator is directly responsible for providing support to the entire development department on all fundraising initiatives with emphasis on meeting the team’s development goals. The Coordinator will be directly responsible for managing a Development Intern and managing day-of event coordination. He/She must demonstrate a proven track record of working with a creative and results driven fund development team. The successful candidate will have demonstrated skills in event planning, reporting and research, and excellent donor relations. Exhibit & Operations Technician | Full Time

Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of  all aspects of the visitor experience at the.  This includes maintenance and repair of any and all aspects of the building or exhibits. Duties also include assisting museum staff in items of an operational issue, i.e. janitorial, security, safety etc., to provide a high quality visitor experience.  Working in a team of operations staff, the Exhibit & Operations Technician will report to the Exhibit & Operations Manager (or his/her designee) and may participate in training and supervising other staff, vendors or volunteers as required. Operation and Exhibit Manager | Full Time
The Operation & Exhibit Manager is responsible for the planning and implementation of all activities ensuring optimum performance of the Museum’s building, systems, and exhibits. Development Intern

The Glazer Children’s Museum is seeking a college student who is interested in serving as an intern and providing a wide range of database, research, administrative, and general support to GCM’s development team.
