Chief Financial Officer | Full Time

This position is responsible for managing all financial functions including, accounting, internal and external financial administration, budgeting, business planning, cash flow forecasting, and accurate and timely financial reporting. As a member of the leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer will work closely with the CEO, Finance Committee and Board of Directors to control all financial activities of the Glazer Children’s Museum.

She/He will have a demonstrated competency in successful management of employees and confident, steadfast leadership. She/he will be self-motivated, attain and foster a welcoming and rewarding team environment, and have excellent communication skills both internally and externally. EDUCATION

Lead Teacher: Summer Camp Imagination | Full Time

The primary responsibility of the Lead Teacher is to facilitate a positive and high quality experience at GCM’s Summer Camp Imagination by delivering educational programming, assisting in program evaluation, and participating in experience/program creation to create a memorable experience. This is achieved through the delivery of formal and informal educational experiences by following the Camp Imagination curriculum. The Lead Teacher reports to the Special Events and Programs Manager. In his/her absence, they report to the Director of School & Youth Programs. Summer Camp runs each week from June 4- August 3. Lead Teachers must be available to teach “Scientific Chef,” ages 7-10 years on July 23-27 and “Make a Masterpiece, Jr.,” ages 5-6 years on July 30-August 3. Assistant Teacher: Summer Camp Imagination | Part Time

The primary responsibility of the Assistant Teacher is to facilitate a positive and high quality experience at GCM’s Summer Camp Imagination by assisting in the delivery of programs to create a memorable experience. This is achieved through the delivery of formal and informal educational experiences by following the Camp Imagination curriculum and direction from the Lead Teacher. The Assistant Teacher reports to the Special Events and Programs Manager. In his/her absence, they report to the Director of School and Youth Programs. Play Manager | Full Time

The primary function of the Play Manager will be to translate the DREAM curriculum and partner relationships into innovative programming and guest engagement on the exhibit floor of the Glazer Children’s Museum. This person will be responsible for the creation, outlining and implementing of educational programs and daily routines. Ensures that the floor (exhibits and staff) are set for a clean, fun and safe experience. This is a full time, non-exempt position reporting to the Director of Play.

Birthday Party Coordinator | Full Time

The Birthday Party and Events Coordinator is an energetic, organized team player with a strong commitment to guest relations and efficient coordination who thrives on creative, daily celebration. Responsible for the coordination and execution of birthday party programs and assigned special events as produced by the Museum’s Education Department. Responsible for preparing birthday parties on a weekly basis. The coordinator will be the lead birthday buddy and train/assist additional birthday buddies as needed. OPERATIONS

Part Time Environmentalist | Part Time

Responsible for the cleanliness of all aspects of the building and visitor experience at the Museum. Duties are all tasks of a custodial or operational nature and to provide a safe, high quality and presentable visitor experience. Working in a team of exhibit and facility staff, the Custodial Technician will report to the Operations Technician & Custodial Supervisor. Must have prior experience in custodial field. Guest Services Associate | Part Time

This position is responsible for the successful daily operations of all aspects of the visitor experience at the Guest Services desk and info desk while greeting and orienting guests with a focus on providing a quality, memorable guest experience. A Guest Services Associate ensures optimum performance of the visitor services experience, friendly admissions process and point of sales system operation.
