Mindfulness with Evolve: Yoga

In this practice, we embody the energetic qualities of nature with outdoor yoga. With a combination of mindfulness and movement, students will develop purposefulness, balance, and flexibility. This is suitable for students of all ages and abilities! This is part of our Mindfulness program in partnership with Evolve Personal Health.
