Bust out your problem-solving skills to create designs, solutions, and incredible inventions all summer long!

What is my child learning?

In GCM’s Makerspace, children observe and analyze the world around them to identify problems to solve. Using different tools and techniques, children will apply their critical thinking skills to design creative solutions.

Tips for Guiding Your Child:

Let your child do the inventing! Encourage your child to explain their thought process and experiment through trial & error. Help your child push past frustration by calling attention to challenges and encouraging them to come up with alternate solutions.
