Mindfulness with Evolve: Family Mind-Body Yoga, Changing Emotional Response

This combination yoga and discussion practice teaches children how rapidly emotions can change and how our perceptions control our emotions. They will be presented with neutral or negative emotions, describe what causes them to feel the emotion, and then as a group, discuss how to change that emotion into a more helpful one. This FREE mindfulness event is suitable for children grades 1st to 6th, in partnership with Evolve Personal Health.
